Unusual folder apearing in root

    Hi, I have a installation of WordPress and when looking at the folder structure via ftp I see folders and structure as named and shown below, Nothing in the folders. And if I delete them I check back and they re-appear?

    Any ideas please! Thanks

    You mean that you see a folder “10” inside “2011” inside “uploads”, right?

    This is wordpress just making a safe home for any files you may upload with the “add new -> media” functionality.

    Hi, Yes for some reason my in my

    Settings/media/

    Store uploads in this folder settings was that route path as per my first post. I had taken this WordPress installation from another hosting company and I guess, I guess they changed the path. For some reason I could not work that out. I just searched the database and found where it was stored then worked it out.
