Hi Michael180,
If your website is loading slowly, you may want to look into using a plugin like wp-super-cache to cache your pages. I know it dramatically helped my WP website speed page load times.
I hope this helps!

Hi Tim,
I already have that plugin installed. I seem to be having all sorts of problems now. Every time I try to do something I get this error message “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /data/18/2/108/111/2597600/user/2848839/htdocs/blog/wp-admin/menu.php on line 88”. It just started.
But thanks . . .
That means you’re running out of memory for PHP. See if you can bump it to 64megs.
This is going to sound awfully dumb, but where do I go to increase the memory. I looked in Settings . . .
Thanks
Hi michael180,
You can adjust your memory in your php.ini file. I hope this helps!
Thanks!
Tim S
If you don’t have access to your own php.ini, ask your host.
I have access to it, I guess, but where is it located within the “htdocs”?
Hi Michael180,
It really depends on the server configuration. Mine is located in the public_html directory, which is my doc root for my domain. If you’re unsure of where it is, like Ipstenu said, “ask your host”
Thanks!
Tim S.
Thanks Tim, I’ve got a message into my host.
