can any one tell me how to remove all the links out of the menu bar and only display links in the bar i want like forum blog and stuff like that my website is http://www.theparanormalonline.info thanks

no i mean the horizontal menu bar ive tried to create a custom manu bar but it wont work

that’s the bar for the menu control – evidently your theme doesn’t support menus

a plugin that should work
