Custom Template page w/ JQuery tabs?

Greetings!

So, I am working on a child-theme, and I would like some help from gurus here 🙂 about the best approach for this:

I wanna create a custom page template that on the main content div, the information is show on those kind of horizontal tabs that open and close on click.
Of course the information on each tab (title and text) must be insert and editable thru the administrator panel by the client, so:

1. Where should the Jquery code should be for this to work?
2. And what needs to be create (POSTS, Widget, etc ?) for the tabs itself.

Im confuse, and maybe my questions are confuse too!
