MYSQL settings ..simple question(help)

Just about to change my php config file …
// ** MySQL settings **
define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘b2’); // The name of the database
define(‘DB_USER’, ‘user’); // Your MySQL username
define(‘DB_PASSWORD’, ‘pass’); // …and password
define(‘DB_HOST’, ‘localhost’); // 99% chance you won’t need to change this value
DO I DO IT LIKE THIS
define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘wordpress’);
define(‘DB_USER’, ‘happy’);
OR LIKE THIS
define(‘wordpress’, ‘b2’);
define(‘happy’, ‘user’);
