• I had removed word press and then I went to reinstall it again and it wouldn’t let me because I needed to manually remove the files wp-content, wp-admin and wp-includes. I tried manually deleting these files within cpanel under file manager but it won’t let me and then I try it using Filezilla. It’s just I unstalled it because I couldn’t remember my username or password, email to get into my dashboard for my word press.

  • If you mean by that it is not allowing you to re install is that it is reverting back to the old installation, than you need to truncate the tables in the Database and re install.

WARNING: All data will be lost.

To uninstall, you have to access thru your FTP such as your filezilla.
