Control/modify default html formatting.

    I want better control of my posts, and to be able to control/disable default html formatting on a per-post/entry basis (as I’m able to do in Movable Type, where I can choose none, convert line breaks, markdown, etc).

    I’ve yet to be able to find a plugin which does this.

    UPDATE: HAving looked further, and ruled-out various others, Text Control seems to be the most suitable.
