NIVO SLIDER HELLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, sorry for the traumatic name of my post, but I do feel this way at times. I’m a newbie with no knowledge of Html PHP or anything else, and even if I’m given code I don’t know how to put it in a folder or where that folder is to begin with. I have uploaded a couple of wordpress blogs via quick install via cpanel but that’s as far as it gets for me. I’m trying to do a slideshow banner/header and really need some help on doing this. I have the pictures to put in (wherever) I’m using the Obox Carousel Theme. I’ve searched youtube videos and still lost because they start off assuming that the viewer already has basic knowledge in html, php, etc.
Please help.
