Where to put google tracking code

So I have the code to put on my site so Google can track it, however I’ve read where to put it “head” tag. That’s all the information it gives. Where do I find this ? Under the header, footer, sylesheet, I’m using the Anubis theme http://www.passionforlivinglife.com
I just want to know where I’m supposed to put the code so I can see how many people are visiting my site. My dashboard doesn’t have the button “stats” to check the statistics like the old wordpress.org site.

And my posts are showing the whole article that I’ve written, does anyone know why this happens. If I click on the post title to read it, it cuts off the last part of the article. Thank you for your help. I can’t see the site like that..
