Admin Area Text Colour

    Hi guys, I’ve searched around and can’t find anything specific regarding this. I want to simply change the text colour in the admin area from blue to another colour (not grey). So my client has his branded colour in the admin area.

    I don’t want to use a whole new admin theme, I’m perfectly happy with the WP standard layout etc, its just that text colour of all the menus I want to change. Is this just done with CSS? I’ve have tried numerous plugins without any luck.
