It apparently only works if you redo the posts and upload the image again, which can’t be right. You end up hosting multiples of the same image. Why can’t the images be pulled from the media lib?
Are you using the featured image option to attach image to the post?
and IE doesn’t render png+ transparency well(As always).
No I think I was “inserting in post”. In Triton Lite there is a hover effect on the “feature” page images and maybe IE is choking on that. I thought IE8 supported png transparency as fully as it ever supports anything? The image looked okay when viewed separately but lost transparency when added to a post.
Here’s an example:
png image externally hosted
In Firefox it works as the logo, in IE it worked yesterday but has now disappeared:

Yet the image alone works.

Just tested your site with IE8 everything seems to be working fine.

Try using the featured image feature for thumbnails to avoid this problem.
Is there an easy upgrade path from the free to the pro version?
To install the pro version you have to uninstall the Lite version and install the PRO version by uploading the zip file that is sent to you after purchase.
Does that mean a whole new setup for the pro version has to be done?
