Help with cleaned up source listing

I have 8 errors after validating my site….I cleaned up with html tidy and now I have a cleaned-up source listing…Please, can you guide me on how to edit my wordpress site with the new source listing….I also need to add H1 tags. I am new to all these so pls, pls, be detailed and explanatory…Thank you much for your help…..I appreciate it much….
