Tabbed content using multiple editors

I’ve got a design for a product page on a website and it’s got tabbed content. Things like the product description and then on another tab features and another one for downloads.

I’ve seen various plugins that can do the tab thing but they all involve shortcodes. Are there any that use multiple editors for each tab (when i say editors i mean the wysiswg editor when you create a page).

For example the first editor will be the description, then another editor will be content for the features tab. Another section to attach downloads for the downloads tab.
