Wp-Poll

I can’t seem to get this to work at all. I have followed the previous discussion on this and can’t seem to find a resolution. I have put the following code: <?php vote_polls(); ?> to the top of my header file and I get an error that it is an undefined function. I also get the same error for the use of get_poll();

Any ideas? Thanks in advance
