Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Hi,
I’m having a problem moderating comments and wonder if anyone else is having the same issue and can help.
I can’t moderate comments directly from the dashboard or the pending list, I’ve found that as a work around I can go into edit each comment and then approve/trash/mark as spam but this is getting annoying (as well as a tiny bit time consuming!)
If I try to moderate in the normal ways it just reappears as pending.

All in one SEO
Bad Behaviour
Comment rating
KB Advanced RSS
No self Pings
