[Plugin: Subscribe To Comments Reloaded] Comments subscription approval

Hi and great job with the plugin.
I have a question:
is there a way to disable the approval process for comments subscriptions?
By the default, the user receives a message stating that “Your subscription needs to be approved” or something simillar.
