Deactivating Thumbs in Fullscreen Theme

I’m using a Fullscreen theme.

I like the way it looks. But I want to turn the links (thumbs) on the homepage into static images.
I couldn’t find the way to do it via control panel.
If anyone has any idea how to do it by tweaking css or php – let me know.
