[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Memcache Not Working

    Hello,

    Thank you for W3 Total Cache. It’s been a lifesaver. However, my server admin noticed that for some reason cache is still being created on disk despite wp being set to memcache. He found page cache using 27gb on disk.

    To clear it he set w3 back to disk cache and used the wp cache delete option.

    Can you offer an assistance as to why the memcache isn’t working?

    Are there any errors in your error log? Did you test memcache(d) to be sure the configuration is accessible?
