[Plugin: Support Ticket System] Auto notification

I’ve installed this plugin and it seems to partly do what i need it to do. However there are no settings for it so i’m stuck with trying to edit the core files. The problem is i’m not a php developer so can anybody help me edit this plugin?
First of all, when a user submits the form to create a ticket only the user gets an email. How can i make it so when the ticket is created to email both the user and the admin (or other user)?
Any help will be appreciated.
