Looks like you have a div#access that has top margin of 400px, making that 0 in developer tools did the trick for me.

Looks like all your CSS is embedded (http://webdesign.about.com/od/css/qt/aatypesofcss.htm), so I’d check header.php to see if it’s there.
It’s not in header.php, but I did find that little piece of code using view source. Sooo, at least I know what I’m looking for. Now just to go through all the theme files. I may have to go bug someone at Themekraft to find it.
