Norwegian charactherset

I´m using the plugin Smart Category Ordering which allows one to order posts in alphabetical order. The problem is that some of the posts start with norwegian letter like ø and å which should be last in the alphabeth but instead is placed under o and a. Is it possible to fix this by installing a norwegian character set? And how do i do that?
