No idea. But until that popup goes, no one can examine your site’s pages properly. Start by deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Then try switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

from style.css. And I’d also suggest that you get rid of the ad that is forced on people when they visit the site. It’s effectively hijacking the visitor’s browser.
ok gonna help ya a bit here. First get rid of the bidvertiser and chitika stuff. You need to install adrotate. its a plugin from wordpress that will help. from there you can load the bidvertiser and chitika and even adsense into it and it will rotate the ads. Another effective place to put advertising is in the footer area. I found that creating a 3 panel wordpress seems to provide the most effective form though. check out my site, its nothing fancy, but may give you some ideas.
