[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Condition not works on IE

I set a condition that when click a radio button, then show some elements.
It works fine in Firefox, but in IE7/IE8, nothing happen. Not tested on IE9.The page is: http://www.ivisa.org/?page_id=448#application
Condition is set on ” 人员构成 * ” when click on “团体”， the hidden elements should be show next to it.
PS: If you has WOT in firefox, you could see a Yellow of my site, but I’m not a site with any risk, someone as a gold member vote my site to 0 just because he don’t believe a Chinese could provide Iraq Visa. I have done necessary explain on it, if anyone has a time please give my site a fair vote : ) I use Form Manager to bulid my Visa application system, really good as you see. and I’ll do my donate when I have some benefit, because I’m just a new site right now…
