• I was uploading a new theme today and received a SCARY fatal error message. This message appears whenever I try to click ANYWHERE in my WordPress back end or attempt to visit my public URL.

I’ve copied and pasted the entire message below… Hoping that someone can help!!

    Thanks 🙂

    Lindsay

  • Your new theme is broken. Try switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

This is the error message I received:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare bp_tpack_wp_pages_filter() (previously declared in /home/wordpress/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/bp-template-pack/bp-template-pack.php:322) in /home/wordpress/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/sense-and-sensibility-bp/bp/bp-functions.php on line 29

This was after I tried to activate Buddy Press and change my desktop theme. I was also trying to install a new sidebar following instructions from WordPress. I literally can’t do anything to my site. The only way I can see it is by using the back button on Firefox and even that won’t let me make any changes. Is there something I can do?
