Mail, comment deletion and blank lines

    Hello,

    I added “Facebook comments for WordPress” to my blog but I have some questions and I would be grateful if you can help me.
    – At plug-in settings I checked “Email me whenever a comment is posted” but it doesn’t sends e-mail. Is this a bug?
    – When someone leaves a comment that I want to delete, how can I delete it?
    – Lastly, I use v2 comment form and bellow it, it leaves many blank lines, can I remove them?
