Graphical menu

I’m not sure if this is even possible with WordPress, but I’d like to make something a little bit more graphical than a standard menu with a hierarchical list. I’m looking for something kind of like Cisco’s current menu (http://www.cisco.com/), although maybe not quite that pretty.

Is something like this even possible?
