error 404

    I added slider to the 1st page by unchecking static 1st page and then created a post. It worked but then the 2nd page (my blog page) contents, with the exception of the sidebar, disapeared leaving with an Error 404. No matter what I do I can not get the blog to appear. HELP!!!!!!!!
