can't open wordpress

Whenever I try to open my wordpress, I am redirected back to my front page. I have tried re-installing my wordpress but the problem persists . I am directed from http://xxxxxxx.com/wp-admin/ to http://xxxxxx.com/?redirect_to=http%253A%252F%252Fxxxxxx.com%252Fwp-admin%252F&reauth=1
