WordPress Click2Call plug-in problem

    I downloaded this plug in for my website but after I upload it and try to activate it I get this error message “The plugin does not have a valid header.”
    I try to down load it a few times but every time I get the same error message when I activate it.
    Will you help me please. I already have Twilio number that I want to use with this plug in.
