ADDING blog to wordpress CMS site

Hi! The non-profit I work for uses wordpress as a CMS for our non-blog, fairly static website. We have now also started a blog about our work and would like to have it on our site but NOT as our homepage (which is where it currently is since I can’t figure this out). We’d like to have a PAGE be our static home page (as before the blog) and direct our POSTS to run at another location on the site, which we would link to through a link in the menu bar called “BLOG”.
