Can't access posts from the nav menu

My great plan was to create several static pages, list the blog part as the last menu item and rename it from HOME to BLOG.
But when I viewed the site and clicked on BLOG, an empty static page appeared, so I deleted it.
Now I can only see my posts when I click on “view post” in the Dashboard.
How do I fix it?
The site is local-buzz-marketing.com and there’s no real content there yet, but I don’t want to just reinstall WP because I still would like to to learn what to do to have the blog under BLOG in the menu.
Help, please?
