I figured it is pretty standard, just not sure what to search for. Any direction I should look into? I am looking for something I feel is pretty basic, I want to post pictures people submit and other users have the ability to post comments on those photos very similar to the two sites I mentioned.
There are plenty of decent free themes in the WordPress free themes directory including the default Twenty Eleven theme. If you want something that’s a bit more stylish with more features and functionality you could look for a premium theme here
If you want cheap wordpress themes, i suggest you to look at ElegantThemes.
I understand there are types of themes out there I just dont what type to search for through the 1000’s out there to accomplish what I mentioned I was looking to do.
