Changes on my SIDEBAR are applying with delay.

    When I make a change on my sidebar widgets I have a problem.
    They appear after some minutes (10-15).. the changes are not applying right away.
    I tried clearing my cookies, but that was not the problem :/
    I’m using the ‘Widget Logic’ plugin, but I tried to uninstall it, nothing helped.
