Installation error?

    Hi
    Would much appreciate some help. Loaded up on server, auto template appears with limited functionality. Help and screen options not working. Can’t drag widgets or menu items. Can’t change header on banner. No plug ins yet. Complete beginner. 48 hours on problem so far!!!! Help 🙂
