cannot remove a squeeze frame

I am changing my squeeze frame from ListWire to AWeber. Right now I have a squeeze frame on all pages. So I think it must be embedded in the theme template. I have tried to delte the code for the squeeze frame being sure to update the editor when I am done but the image of the frame does not go away.
Can someone please tell me, by steps, how to eliminate the frame on all pages.
Would it be better to set up a squeeze page, as a page, in my blog, but then how would I link to that page so I can build my list.
