I got a similar problem, but in my case when I moved the mouse cursor to the top of the screen in full screen mode (above the title area), the tool bar appeared. The problem I encounter at that point is exiting out of that screen. When I click the Exit fullscreen link, nothing happens. Also, the Visual and HTML tabs do nothing in full screen mode. The only way to exit out of full screen is to hit the back button, which takes me to the page I was on before the widgets page.
same here.
First i replaced the entire plugin folder with the original downloaded files. That didn’t help.
My problem solved when i hit the Full Screen button AGAIN in the disfunctional pop-up screen.
Now it seems to function like it did.
I stay clear from the Full Screen mode button now 😉
forget it. Doesn’t work after all.
Still the same problem. I work in Firefox but Explorer shows the same malfunctions.
DANNY HELP!
Is this still under development, anyone know?
Seems like a nice start, just needs some fine tuning, and multi browser support, (difficult these days for sure)

If full screen mode is not working have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don’t forget the ones in mu-plugins. If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
Hi all.
I’m very sorry for the delayed response. I’ve been very busy with work, school and personal stuff in the last few weeks and thus were unable to continue development or support for WYSIWYG Widgets.
I’m hoping to find some spare time this week to look into the issues. It’s not just WYSIWYG Widget that’s experiencing issues with TinyMCE, it’s because of recent changes in the WordPress core. WordPress 3.3 will most likely come with an updated implementation that will be easier to work with.
Hope you can all wait just a tad longer.
Kind regards, Danny
Just to let you guys know, I’ve updated WYSIWYG Widgets last week. If you haven’t tried version 1.1.1 yet – please do!
