Moved installation directory structure

Hi

I have been configuring wordpress as a temp sub domain

http://myblog.mysite.co.uk/myblog

I have now registered my domain name but noticed that I had installed wordpress in

public_html/myblog/myblog

So I changed this by moving the installation to public_html/myblog and pointing the new domain to public_html/myblog

Works fine and loads the home page of my blog when I type in http://www.myblog.co.uk, however when I click on an already created post or page it goes back to the original http://myblog.mysite.co.uk/myblog

if I delete the sub-domain in cpanel it will cease to work all together

and I also cannot seems to find the admin pages either. Do I really have to rebuild this site from scratch or is there a database intervention that I can do?
