Stats

I have two blogs one of which is a WordPress.com one whilst my new one is a WordPress.org one. I would like to have the same Stats system for the WordPress.org one as for my WordPress.com one, but when I try to install the WordPress.com Stats plugin it asks for an API and seems to want to link it to a .com, but I don’t want my two blogs linked really. Do you have any suggestions?
