Simple email subscription plugin

    Hey there!
    Can anyone recommend a really simple email subscription plugin that I can set as a widget in the sidebar but also I can track the users in the back end? (Kinda like the one on wordpress.com automatically does?)

    I want my subscribers to receive my posts via email automatically but I want to see who they are too?
