Different sizes of sql backups between plugins

    Just to be sure I use two plugins to make backup of my database: BackWPup and WordPress Database Backup. The first one gives me a file of about 43Mb, the second one is 9Mb. As far as I can see they both contain all my 2000 posts (I checked for the first and last entry). How can there be such a difference? Both are plain .sql files.
