looking for an people plugin

Hi,
I am looking for one plugin that, the administrator can view the information of registered people and add the people, who the administrator interested in, into a list(something like a shopping cart). Then automatically email those selected people to come to an interview. Also, the administrator can use a filter(eg: qulification, sex, waiter/waitress) to select people. I think I might need 2 or more plugins to make this worked(1 for add, 1 for filter). Has anyone ever used these kinds of plugins? Cheers.
