WordPress 1.2 Poll error..

1.My poll is working, but I get the error message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent.

I can’t find out where the headers is sent from…?

2.If I Deactivate the poll from the WP Dashboard I get the error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: vote_poll()
