Shadowbox JS

I am using the Shadowbox JS plugin. I have a picture hyper-linked to open a video from Youtube. When a user clicks on the video link, the video opens correctly in the shadowbox and plays normally. But, if the user (for whatever reason) clicks on any area of the opened video player (in the shadowbox), a new window opens to Youtube and the video starts playing again (in Youtube). The video in the shadowbox continues to play normally.
