changing font color not working

I am trying to change the colour of my text in a table and can’t.

I’ve tried putting the code in the html editor and nothing happens and when i flip from visual to html the code disappears. I was able to change the font size though.

I know my code is messy. I am a newby and don’t have the time to work on it now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
