Instead of wp login page, I get a window that says:
    Opening wp-login.php
    You chosen to open wp-login.php
which is a: PHP file from: http://baileyswoodworking.com
What should Firefox do with this file?

Also when you go to my website you get the same window.

My host says it is a wordpress issue.

I have had my site up for several months without any problems, this just started yesterday.

    TIA

  • It sounds like PHP isn’t working.

Open your root site directory (public_html maybe?) and create a new file called “test.php”.

Type in “<?php phpinfo(); ?>” without the quotes and then visit that test file in your browser.

If it does the same thing, I would say Apache isn’t running or PHP isn’t running – possibly your server had an error and shut it down?

    Thanks TM3909, I’ll give it a try.

The problem was with my HOST (php not running) not wordpress! Everything is running fine now.

    Thanks…
