It’s a commercial plugin. You will need to spend some time either reading the documentation, searching Google, or contact the support team on the site where you paid the $47.00. The plugin isn’t free, so it’s going to be difficult for anyone who has NOT purchased it to help in these forums.
Your description is also not nearly precise enough to elicit any type of informed response. It doesn’t include your installation method, or what you are actually doing when you get the incorrect url message.
Try the FTP manager to put the maximum access to all files and folders (777). In most cases it helps.
