[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] One E-Mail notification was send twice

When a form was submitted, user will receive two same notifications at the same time.
I didn’t use the “Also send notification(s) to:”
So what’s the problem should be?
E-Mail was send via WP_mail, no use with PHP mail.
