Child Theme Footer Problem

    Ok so I am redoing the website at my business. Our old site: http://www.oneotacoop.com- I want to use the same footer at our new site: http://www.oneotatest.com.

    I copied the CSS a header and the footer.php file and everything was perfect. I made a change to the menu I think and it caused the footer to go away.I’m not really sure what happened but now its gone crazy. Any advice?
