two different link to same post. How??

I need two different link to point on same post.

Example:
http://example.com/sample-post/
http://example.com/category/sample-post/

I need both, or if you insert in browser http://example.com/sample-post/ or http://example.com/category/sample-post/ , you must come to same place.

Something like http://www.dvoboj.com. One picture have link with category included, and another without category included. But point to same post id

I need two link because I need two like button on same post. Something like in this web page.
