Plugin to external pages?

I used to have this plug in that allowed pages to redirect to external links like blogs, or websites, or whatever. However, I don’t remember what it was called. Everything I see on the search isn’t it.

It was very simple. When you clicked on add new page, at the bottom it would have a little tab where you could enter the url. Everything I find now is very complicated, which is why I want to find this plug in again.
